Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты разработки программного комплекса региональных моделей конъюнктуры оптового рынка электроэнергии и мощности Российской Федерации: объект и цели моделирования, информационная база программного комплекса, основные методы и подходы моделирования электропотребления. Структура программного комплекса включает четыре основных модуля: прогнозирования конечного потребления электроэнергии, потерь электроэнергии в сетях, числа часов использования мощности, а также локальных максимумов потребления электроэнергии на среднесрочную и долгосрочную перспективу.
