Abstract

Финансовая деятельность отдельной организации зависит от различных институциональных факторов, часто приводящих к ее дестабилизации и необходимости поиска путей выхода из кризисных ситуаций. Наиболее устойчивым считается объект, финансовое состояние которого при прочих равных по силе внешних воздействиях и внутренних сдвигах подвержено меньшим изменениям. В свою очередь, то, что практически неспособен организовать отдельно взятый субъект хозяйствования, с успехом может быть сформировано корпоративным объединением с участием системообразующих финансовых институтов.
