Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы формирования доходов местных бюджетов на современном этапе развития местного самоуправления,раскрываются несовершенства законодательной базы процесса формирования доходов, вносятся предложения по корректировке направлений повышения налоговых и неналоговых доходов местных бюджетов.
