Abstract

В работе рассматривается построение корпоративной инновационной системы как фактора перманентной адаптации предприятия к постоянно меняющимся условиям внеш- ней среды и совершенствования процессов на предприятии. Поскольку инновационная деятельность сопряжена с рисками, экономическая безопасность является значимым усло- вием при построении корпоративной инновационной системы. Предложена модель ком- плексной оценки уровня риска инновационной деятельности и обоснования оптимальных управленческих решений в инновационной деятельности.
