Abstract

Коммерческая недвижимость - в настоящее время этот сектор рынка недвижимости является одним из наиболее высокодоходных в российской экономике. Наибольшего развития рынок коммерческой недвижимости достиг в Москве и Санкт-Петербург, но в последние годы и другие регионы России демонстрируют бурный рост.Commercial real estate - this sector of the market of the real estate is now one of the most highly remunerative in the Russian economy. The greatest development the market of the commercial real estate has reached in Moscow and St.-Petersburg, but last years and other regions of Russia show rapid growth.
