Abstract

Появление за последние годы множества новых материалов и технологий превратило строительство из консервативного вида деятельности в современную, инновационную отрасль, в основе развития которой лежит и такая передовая концепция, как «интеллектуальное здание».Occurrence during the last years sets of new materials and technologies has transformed building from a conservative kind of activity into modern, innovative branch at the heart of which development such advanced concept, as «an intellectual building» lies also.
