Abstract

Государственное регулирование реального сектора экономики в условиях кризиса 2008-2009гг. предотвратило необратимые последствия для развития хозяйственной системы России. Однако реализованные мероприятия антикризисной поддержки реального сектора не привели к смене экономического курса, необходимого для формирования эффективного экономического роста и устранения сырьевой зависимости. Для преодоления кризисных процессов в экономике и формирования альтернативной модели экономического развития необходимо создание новых «точек» экономического роста и механизмов мобилизации и перераспределения ресурсов по перспективным направлениям.
