О Некоторых Инструментах Формирования Вектора Развития Интегрированной Компании

Abstract

Один из путей развития компаний через реализацию стратегий роста связан с их участием в процессах слияний и поглощений в рамках горизонтальной, вертикальной интеграции или диверсификации. В статье представлены некоторые инструменты, позволяющие формировать вектор развития компании. Предложен подход к формализованному описанию профиля интегрированной компании в координатах «продукт - рынок» и изменения его положения при реализации различных стратегий роста. Рассмотрено применение теории нечетких множеств для анализа изменений профиля по координате «продукт».
