Abstract

Специфика проектной деятельности влияет на систему управления проектными организациями. Основные параметры системы управления представлены в виде взаимосвязи блоков определителей качества продукции, потенциала и технологии процесса проектирования. Консолидация методологии управления проектами, систем бюджетирования и управленческого учета в единую информационную систему способствует совершенствованию системы управления проектными организациями.Specific nature of project activities affects the design organizations management system. Basic parameters of management system are represented by unit interconnection of determiners of product quality, potential and technologies of design process. Consolidation of methodology of project management, budget and management accounting systems into the centralized data system improves design organizations management system
