Abstract

В статье рассматриваются постановка, формализация и реализация задачи по опти- мизации решений при внедрении инновационных процессов с использованием инстру- ментария динамического программирования. В рамках трех сценариев изменения объема продаж: оптимистичного, вероятного и пессимистичного - разрабатываются программы реализации инноваций. В целях расширения рынков сбыта продукции, увеличения объе- мов продаж и прибыли планируется осуществление инновационной деятельности по на- правлению продуктовых инноваций.
