Abstract

Современный этап развития общества требует от социально-экономической системы максимальной производительности, достижение которой невозможно без эффективнойинституциональной среды. В настоящей работе описывается функциональное содержание институтов, исследуютсямеханизмы, посредством которых институты оказывают влияние на социально-экономическую систему. Постулируется функциональная взаимосвязь институтов и уровня развития социально-экономической системы.
