Abstract

В целях эффективного управления предприятиями регионального туристко- рекреационного комплекса необходимо учитывать динамизм внешней среды, индивидуализм поведения потребителей, новые современные технологии, усиление конкуренции на рынках туристических услуг; создавать гибкие организационные структуры управления, адекватные стратегическим направлениям деятельности.
