Abstract

В статье рассматривается внутрихолдинговый аутсорсинг как эффективная форма организации участников строительного бизнеса, определены основные этапы трансформации строительной организации в холдинговую структуру, отражена динамика изменения общей эффективности функционирования организации на протяжении процесса трансформации, а также представлены ключевые факторы, влияющие на выбор стратегии развития строительного холдинга.
