Abstract

Современные предприятия функционируют в условиях высокой сложности, неопределенности и динамичности окружающей социально-экономической среды. Возрастание объемов информации, усложнение задач управления, необходимость учета большого числа взаимосвязанных экзогенных и эндогенных факторов приводят к необходимости использования современных информационных технологий и экономико-математических моделей в процессах принятия решений, создания и развития системы управления бизнес-процессами.
