Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам организации управления для успешной реализации национальных проектов. Выделены проблемы в механизме управления, в системе финансирования и контроля для эффективной организации процесса реализации национального проекта. Определены задачи федерального центра, региональной власти и муниципалитета для обеспечения мероприятий по воплощению национальных проектов с целью совершенствования финансового обеспечения и регулирования социальной сферы.
