Проблемы И Трудности Внедрения Стратегического Планирования В Российских Компаниях

Abstract

В статье обсуждаются проблемы и трудности внедрения и функционирования системы стратегического планирования в российских компаниях. Автором представлены некоторые результаты исследований, посвященных организации стратегического планирования в российских компаниях и выделены главные проблемы, которые препятствуют успешному функционированию системы стратегического планирования. К ним относятся: неготовность высшего руководства компании к стратегическому планированию, малая или формальная его заинтересованность, неправильная организация процесса стратегического планирования, низкая эффективность процессов оперативного планирования и контроля, административная зависимость отдела стратегического планирования, неверная организация взаимодействия с внешними консультантами, отсутствие стратегического контроля. В статье автор характеризует каждую из перечисленных проблем.
