Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы организации в корпорации процесса разработки стратегий и стратегических планов путем внедрения формальной системы стратегического планирования. Представлена модель системы стратегического планирования, которая состоит из трех основных и четырех вспомогательных подсистем. К основным относятся подсистемы принятия решений, управления изменениями и стратегического контроля. К вспомогательным относятся информационно-аналитическая, организационно-кадровая, методологическая подсистемы и подсистема управления стратегическим планированием.
