Abstract

В статье рассмотрены традиционные и новейшие системы и методы управления затратами, разработанные российскими и зарубежными специалистами. Предложена новая система учета затрат по видам деятельности, позволяющая перераспределить косвенные затраты на предприятии, в частности управленческие, более объективным способом.
