Анализ Бюджетной Сферы Регионов В Контексте Межбюджетных Отношений

Abstract

Статья посвящена эмпирическому анализу влияния механизмов межбюджетного регулирования на бюджетную сферу регионов, входящих в состав Приволжского федерального округа. Анализ проведен на фактических данных по авторской методике, где основной упор сделан на характеристику всей бюджетной системы в региональном разрезе, а не только ее региональной составляющей. Проведенный анализ позволил подтвердить тезисы о необходимости не просто совершенствования действующей системы межбюджетных отношений, но и пересмотра всей ее логики.
