Abstract

В статье рассматривается динамично формирующийся сектор нефтесервисных услуг. Обосновывается необходимость создания долгосрочных конкурентных преимуществ независимых нефтесервисных компаний на основе ресурсной теории фирмы. Предлагается механизм совершенствования стратегического управления нефтесервисных организаций.
