Обзор Методов Обеспечения Безопасности Движения Морских Судов

Abstract

Обеспечение безопасности движения морских судов связано с применением специфических математических моделей и методов. В статье обсуждаются наиболее известные методы оценки риска столкновения судов, предупреждения столкновений судов и планирования траекторий судов в условиях их коллективного движения на морской акватории. В сводном виде оценивается наличие у методов таких характеристик, как учет правил МППСС, способность работать с несколькими судами одновременно, корректность работы в ограниченных водах, учет динамики движения судна, учет возможности изменения курса и скорости судна. Обзор сделан в ретроспективе на основе материалов отечественной и зарубежной научной печати.
