Abstract

Высокая стоимость банковских кредитов и жесткие требования к заемщикам стимулируют развитие альтернативных рынков заемных средств. В статье представлены результаты исследования зарождающегося в России рынка частных необеспеченных кредитов. Авторы не только исследовали новый финансовый продукт, но и дали сравнительную оценку сегментам Р2Р-кредитования на отечественном и западном финансовых рынках, рассмотрели перспективы их развития и потенциал вовлечения в этот бизнес коммерческих банков. Выявленные особенности российского рынка Р2Р-кредитов помогают предусмотреть проблемы в развитии микрофинансирования
