Особенности Деятельности Транснациональных Корпораций Китая По Слияниям И Поглощениям

Abstract

Стремительный рост числа сделок слияния и поглощения, инициируемых транснациональными корпорациями (ТНК) Китая, во многом является следствием возрастающей экономической мощи Китая. В данной статье рассматриваются сектора экономики, наиболее привлекательные для сделок M&A с точки зрения китайских компаний, рассматриваются стимулы и ограничители по проведению подобных сделок. Представлен прогноз активности ТНК Китая в направлении зарубежных инвестиций и выкупа долей иностранных предприятий
