Abstract

В статье предлагается сравнительная характеристика и обобщение мирового опыта политики по созданию и развитию инновационных кластеров в России и за рубежом. Сделан анализ степени разработанности и выявлены основные проблемы формирования кластерной политики в России методом сравнительного анализа с основными элементами концепции кластерного развития Канады. Информационной базой исследования послужили статистические базы Росстата, Канадского национального статистического агентства, данные Организации экономического сотрудничества и развития, информация с официальных сайтов государственных органов и центров кластерных инициатив, инновационных кластеров и нормативно-правовые документы
