Опережающие Индикаторы В Прогнозировании Кризисных Тенденций На Транспорте

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу прогнозирования проявлений экономического кризиса в транспортной отрасли, решению прикладных вопросов, связанных с антикризисным управлением. Для решения поставленной задачи использована методика опережающих статистических индикаторов, падение которых происходит перед началом развития кризиса на транспорте. Наблюдение за опережающими индикаторами позволяет прогнозировать приближение кризиса, однако прогноз при этом не касается точного времени наступления кризисной фазы, ее глубины и продолжительности. Для поиска и дальнейшего использования опережающих индикаторов автор проанализировал прогностические возможности около 500 статистических показателей из опубликованных статистических данных. На базе данных о кризисе 2008–2009 годов автором разработана методика прогностических расчетов, которая проверена на данных о кризисе 2014–2015 годов. Методика показала удовлетворительные результаты прогнозирования и может быть использована в практической деятельности органов управления на транспорте
