Особенности Спортивного Менеджмента В Коммерческих И Некоммерческих Сегментах Спорта И Возможности Эффективного Сочетания Применяемых Подходов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности спортивного менеджмента в коммерческих и некоммерческих сегментах спорта и соотношение спортивной и развлекательной составляющих, оздоровительной и культурно-досуговой функций спорта. Указывается, что интересы спортивного бизнеса состоят в том, чтобы с помощью современных маркетинговых инструментов привлекать на спортивно-зрелищные мероприятия платежеспособные слои публики с долгосрочной целью максимизации собственной прибыли. Сделан вывод, что эффективное взаимодействие с интересами спортивных ассоциаций по многим видам спорта, государственных и ведомственных органов, осуществляющих финансовое и организационное «попечительство» в сфере спорта, связано с формированием оптимального механизма взаимодействия приоритетов государства и спортивного бизнеса через сочетание элементов культурно-досуговой и оздоровительной функций спорта
