Abstract

В статье рассмотрены этапы становления бюджетной реформы на мезоуровне. Выделены наиболее важные направления бюджетной реформы для обеспечения экономической безопасности региона. Рассмотрены вопросы стимулирования реализации программ реформирования и программ повышения эффективности бюджетных расходов и приведены аспекты применения различных показателей и индикаторов для их оценки. Выделены возможные пути совершенствования и системы целевых ориентиров
