Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию проблемы оценки экономической эффективности управления персоналом организации. Недооценка эффективности управления персоналом порождает ряд проблем в повышении производительности труда, что обостряет потенциальные трудности организаций и вынуждают их адаптировать стратегии поведения на рынке и применять различные схемы мотивационного воздействия на персонал. В статье авторами рассмотрена концепция эффективного управления персоналом и предложены методические подходы к оценке экономической эффективности управления персоналом в зависимости от стратегии управления предприятием
