Abstract

В статье представлен анализ современного состояния сельского хозяйства Кемеровской области, который позволил дать оценку и выявить негативные тенденции, сопровождающие развитие отрасли. Сделан вывод, что в существующих экономических условиях хозяйствования следует более активно внедрять современные технологии производства в животноводстве и растениеводстве. Для повышения уровня менеджмента в сельском хозяйстве предлагается применение системы сбалансированных показателей как высокоэффективного инструмента управления в современных экономических условиях хозяйствования
