Риски Проектного Финансирования И Методы Их Преодоления В Российских Проектах

Abstract

В статье дан анализ теоретических основ снижения рисков проектного финансирования как наиболее фундаментального направления банковского кредитования, влияющего на инфраструктурное обновление экономики. Охарактеризованы как макроэкономические риски, так и риски, свойственные конкретному проекту. Классификация рисков дается применительно к двум этапам реализации проектов – периоду строительства и периоду эксплуатации объекта. Выявлены механизмы хеджирования рисков проектного финансирования. В заключении приведены примеры реализации финансирования крупных проектов на территории России и ключевые проблемы, препятствующие значительной динамике проектного финансирования со стороны российских банков.
