Abstract

В статье авторами предложены принципы построения эффективной системы управления интеграционным образованием, разработанные на основе уточнения факторов, влияющих на эффективность интеграции. Следование данным принципам в процессе интеграции позволяет получить максимальные преимущества от объединения компании
