Движение Иностранного Капитала Как Форма Инноватизации Региональной Экономической Системы (На Примере Республики Татарстан)

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос о процессе движения, функциональности и эффективности иностранного капитала в Республике Татарстан. Обосновывается тезис, что движение иностранного капитала, его функционирование приводит к инноватизации условий и процессов в местной экономике, повышает ее инвестиционную привлекательность и способствует увеличению потока иностранных инвестиций. Рассматриваются положительные и отрицательные стороны данного процесса и предлагаются меры для улучшения инвестиционного климата в Республике Татарстан
