Abstract

В статье проводится анализ ключевых преимуществ общественного транспорта на современном этапе и проблемы, препятствующие достижению приоритетных показателей качества пассажирских перевозок. С целью решения выявленных проблем исследуется возможность использования механизмов государственно-частного партнёрства. Анализируется отечественный опыт применения принципов государственно-частного партнёрства, рассматриваются его недостатки и достоинства, а также основные препятствия для его более активного внедрения на практике
