Abstract

В научной литературе часто встречаются термины «мусульманское право» и «исламское право». При этом авторы, предпочитающие использовать один из указанных терминов или оба в качестве синонимов, зачастую не задумываются о различиях между ними. Между тем, прояснение этих различий важно для понимания роли и значения фикха в наши дни — как в мусульманских, так и немусульманских странах. Особое значение это имеет для изучения правового регулирования институтов исламской экономики
