Abstract

В статье рассмотрены возможные методы выведения поправочных коэффициентов к размеру арендной платы при передаче в возмездное пользование земельных участков. Рассмотренные методы направлены на соблюдение принципа экономической обоснованности, обозначенного в Постановлении Правительства №582 от 16.07.09 г. Обоснована необходимость дифференцированного подхода к методам выведения коэффициентов для различных муниципальных образований
