Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу неолиберальной парадигмы, образующей идеологический базис государственной инвестиционной политики, проводимой в Российской Федерации. На основе разработанной автором иерархии ("пирамиды") потребностей инвесторов обосновано несоответствие этой доктрины целевым ориентирам сценария догоняющего социально-экономического развития страны. В качестве первоочередной меры, направленной на повышение эффективности государственного регулирования инвестиционной деятельности в отечественном народном хозяйстве, предлагается введение квазирыночных ограничений на трансграничные перемещения капитала
