Ретроспектива Страховой Защиты Транснациональных Компаний

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются различные принципы организации страховой защиты транснациональных корпораций (ТНК), формировавшиеся в последние десятилетия под влиянием таких рыночных процессов как глобализация и интернационализация. В этой связи анализируется опыт крупнейших мировых страховщиков, а также страхователей промышленных корпораций с разветвленной сетью подразделений. На основе исторического анализа показано, каким образом, используя опыт прошлых лет, в начале XXI века была создана новая модель организации страховой защиты ТНК. Выявлены основные проблемы и недостатки современной модели и даны рекомендации по их минимизации
