Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы трансформации высшего учебного заведения в образовательное учреждение способного самостоятельно зарабатывать средства для осуществления своей основной деятельности, что связано, с переходом коренной трансформации экономики страны от административно-плановой системы в рыночную экономику.
