Кризисные Этапы И Современные Проблемы Развития Российского Фондового Рынка

Abstract

В статье, посвященной вопросам развития российского фондового рынка, выявлены основные причины фондовых кризисов 1998 г. и 2008 г. Отмечается, что кризис 1998 г. был вызван главным образом внутренними причинами, в то время как кризис 2008 г. был связан с мировым финансовым кризисом. Автор выявляет позитивную динамику развития российского фондового рынка в период с 2000 г. до осени 2008 г., когда наряду с быстрым ростом рынка акций по существу произошло становление российского рынка корпоративных облигаций. В статье сделан вывод о том, что российский рынок ценных бумаг становится все более важным источником привлечения инвестиций. Вместе с тем, автор обращает внимание на ряд нерешенных проблем, которые тормозят развитие российского фондового рынка.
