Abstract

В статье рассматривается соотношение базовых и вспомогательных институциональных форм, наполняющих пространство современной российской экономики. Конкретизируются потенциальные позитивные эффекты, возникающие при одновременном функционировании частного и общественного секторов российской экономики. Сделан вывод о необходимости проектирования их количественной структуры и качественного содержания. Доказана необходимость дальнейшей институционализации многоукладности экономики, развития диапазона инструментов государственной экономической политики, совершенствования механизма распределения трансформационных издержек между экономическими субъектами, расширения практической деятельности частных корпоративных организаций в социальной и научно-производственной сферах.
