Концепция «Двойного Структурирования»: Генезис Компетенций В Социальных Процессах

Abstract

В статье представлен новый подход, объединяющий известные в социологии понятия социального процесса, изменения социального порядка, структурирования и концепцию социологически интерпретированного регулятивного механизма управления, заимствованную из смежных дисциплин. В статье показано, что в современных условиях, характеризующихся усложнением рыночных связей и ростом конкуренции, активное использование процессов обновления компетенций и развития социальных связей дает дополнительные преимущества системе.
