Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы зависимости результативности деятельности морского транспортного узла от составляющих его компонент. Выявляются недостатки ресурсного подхода к анализу деятельности морского транспортного узла (МГУ) с точки зрения распределения функций между его участниками. Акцентируется внимание на ключевой роли обслуживающих структур в эффективной работе МТУ.
