Развитие Капитала Как Экономической Категории

Abstract

В статье дано понятие капитала с выделением различных подходов к его определению. В его составе выделяются глобальная и национальная составляющие. В составе глобального капитала выделяется необходимость мировой легитимной валюты или системы региональных валют. Обосновывается расширение национального капитала за счет включения в его состав природных, а также общественных производительных сил, в том числе науки, образования, культуры и т.д. При этом за собственником необходимо закрепление и признание прав собственности.
