Abstract

В работе используется системный подход к пониманию профессионализма предпринимателей, включающий профессиональные знания, социальную компетентность при принятии решений. Представлен перечень факторов внутреннего и внешнего порядка, мешающих формированию профессионализма у предпринимателей. Рассмотрен комплекс мер со стороны государства по стимулированию развития профессионализма предпринимателей.
