Abstract

В статье дано определение механизма интеграции хозяйственных образований, раскрыто содержание методологии анализа его элементов. Проанализирована зарубежная и российская практика его формировании в отраслях промышленности. Дана оценка влияния последствий хозяйственной интеграции на изменение характера конкуренции.
