Abstract

Статья посвящена раскрытию основных элементов стратегического управления девелоперским бизнесом. По мнению автора, в качестве таковых выступают компетентностный подход к определению сферы деловой активности и диверсификация деятельности компании. На основе проектного подхода и использования сбалансированной системы показателей обеспечивается формирование организационной структуры управления компанией.
