Фидуциарный Рейтинг Физических Лиц Как Основа Частной Эмиссии Денег

Abstract

В статье на основе анализа этапов эволюции доверия к отдельным средствам платежа, рассматриваются действующие источники наполнения экономики деньгами и имеющиеся технические возможности. Обосновывается возможность в будущем внедрения нового способа выпуска денег в обращение частной эмиссии, осуществляемой посредством прямого кредитования человека государством в лице Центрального банка. Вводится понятие фидуциарного рейтинга физического лица, выставляемого специальной кредитно-рейтинговой системой, использующей всю имеющуюся о субъекте информацию и возможности искусственного интеллекта. Предлагается система критериев оценки отдельного субъекта. Обосновывается значимость внедрения фидуциарного рейтинга в деле повышения качества человеческого капитала и повышения уровня доверия в обществе.
