Об Одной Методике Прогнозирования Развития Локальных Экономических Зон

Abstract

В статье рассматривается методика прогнозирования сценариев спроса на площади локальной экономической зоны на основе интерполяции. Суть методики заключается в разложении кумулятивного объема спроса на типовые сценарии для любого заданного периода времени. Предлагаемая методика прогнозирования легко автоматизируется и может быть адаптирована для более широкого круга задач, например, для анализа чувствительности при реализации инвестиционных проектов.
