Abstract

Разработан методический инструментарий оценки эффективности реализации политики рационального импортозамещения в промышленности. Обосновано, что указанную эффективность необходимо рассматривать на микро-, мезои макроуровне: с позиции достижения целей импортозамещения на отдельном предприятии, формирования в промышленности региона технологических цепочек с законченным циклом производства, повышения уровня национальной безопасности. Результаты апробации предложенного инструментария продемонстрировали возможности его применения для объективной оценки эффективности реализации реальных или потенциальных проектов импортозамещения в отечественной промышленности.
