Концептуальные Основы Сбалансированного Природопользования В Береговой Зоне Дальневосточных Морей

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы становления нового направления в рациональном природопользовании в береговой зоне дальневосточных морей (на примере побережья зал. Петра Великого), основывающегося на построении балансовых моделей, которые позволяют оценить степень антропогенного воздействия на прибрежные геои экосистемы. Определяются основные критерии сбалансированного природопользования, базирующегося на проведении сопряженного эколого-экономического анализа прибрежных территорий и акваторий, их кадастровой оценки и разработке моделей природопользования с эффектами минимизации и компенсации ущерба для природно-территориальных комплексов.
